Oversees investors non-performing mortgage portfolios; provides leadership and direction for all on-site and mortgage servicing operations which include: training, working with mortgage servicers to implement controls, continuous process improvements, budgeting, mitigating loss and legal risk, default loan servicing, mortgage loan reviews, and achieving financial and operational performance within deadlines.

As an Analyst in the Office of the President of Citi Residential Lending, I investigate, analyze, and resolve compliance issues from regulatory agencies, Better Business Bureau, advocacy groups, and the media and prepare a response under the signature of the President to minimize/eliminate further escalation and/or litigation. In earlier positions, I selected, trained, developed, and mentored a team of Specialists in researching and resolving complaints. Each of these assignments requires a high level interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
