As a manager and member of DAISIE, LLC, d/b/a “Daisie Company” I administrate and manage all of the aspects of licensing my artwork.As a fine artist and illustrator, I created over 100 new artworks, including digital printable craft projects per year, from concept through creation as well as product photo shoots. I have managed the business for nearly two decades. My tasks and skills include using software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, being fluent in Windows and MAC OS, handling customer service, writing and managing my own licensing contracts.I illustrate, paint and design artworks for production, manufacturing, home decor, wall art, fine art, and printable craft downloads.Through DAISIE Company I manage my art library of over 2,000 sets of icons, patterns, and paintings. Gina Jane teaches high school and college students "how to" enter the world of art licensing, how to prepare art files for pre-press, how to follow trends, create artwork and product concepts, how to understand the basics of licensing artwork, how to see the 'needs' in the industry and fill those needs, how to market and brand yourself, and how to manage a vast library of art images.Gina Jane manages her own library of artwork stored on her website servers and storage devices. She has over 2,000 downloadable collections of artwork with an average of ten pieces of art per download for a total of 20,000 images stored on her server.She is an organized instructor, holds her student's attention, provides important insights on "How To", gives assignments and feedback for each class and is a mentor to many artists emerging in the licensing industry.

Running my own business and being a single parent was not easy. I learned the first year to be mindful of every aspect of the business. The company has survived and thrived during a tough economy and outlived most of the graphic art start-ups that launched in the early dot-com industry.

Designed several Craft Paper Pads, Sticker Lines, Scrapbook Album Covers and Illustrations for Gift Boxes and Bags under contract with Craft Smith, LLC for Michael's Recollections Line.

Professional Creative Direction and Designer - Created the "Storybook Christmas" Christmas Scrapbook Lines with accompanying icons, patterns, and hand painted watercolor elements. The paper stack was sold out by Christmas 2014 at JoAnne's Fabric and Craft Stores Nationwide.

Collaborated with Valerie Parr Hill and Hanna's Creative Director, and QVC's Sales and Marketing team. Sketched concepts for best-selling product packaging. After conducting extensive research looking back five years at customer buying patterns and trends, noting current customer preferences, I presented a new concept for packaging using the clients box design but making it into a Christmas Village. The new design doubled the sales volume on QVC and sold out in record time.
