Works closely with the marketing and communications teams as well as campus constituents to deliver cohesive and on-brand marketing communications support. Designs a variety of digital and print marketing tactics, such as: web graphics and design, e-mail templates, digital ads, social media graphics, postcards, brochures, flyers, posters, direct mailers, and invitations. Creates and maintains graphic files for the University web presence. Performs some retouching and manipulation of images as needed. Handles all print production for department, including alumni magazine, The Bulletin.

The Secretary is responsible for documenting all board and executive meetings. As the primary record-keeper of all board administrative activities, this is a critical executive-level position that must be filled in order for the chapter to function properly.

The Partnership Director is responsible for creating guidelines and structure for financial support for AIGA Philadelphia. By supporting AIGA programs, partners receive direct access to the consumers of their products and service, as well as, marketing opportunities they cannot obtain elsewhere. In turn, AIGA is strengthened by their support.

In an effort to engage and strengthen the regional design community, AIGA Philadelphia invites all designers to submit their work to our bi-annual Philadelphia Design Awards competition, affectionately nicknamed PDA. We feature work from creative teams of all sizes in the tri-state area, giving designers the opportunity to present their work to a prestigious panel of internationally recognized judges. Members of this committee get a first-hand peek at the exceptional design work being produced in the Philadelphia region, build relationships in the design community, meet national design leaders, and help organize a fun event and exhibition. We are looking for a team that is organized, motivated, and enthusiastic about making this initiative a success!

Adobe InDesign is the go-to software for print-oriented products ranging from brochures and ads to billboards, product packaging, annual reports, magazines, and books. Make the most of this versatile design program with an in-depth look at everything from fundamentals and navigation to organization of project components including style sheets, master pages, tables, and columns. Explore the program's web and interactive uses as well as its compatibility with Photoshop and Illustrator. Finish this course armed with a basic working knowledge of InDesign that spans all of your desktop and digital publishing needs.

Graphic design and concept development. Includes but not limited to billboards, websites, flash modules, logos, brochures, ads in various publications, banners, and trade show displays.

Greeting and serving customers. Mixing drinks, running food, prepping desserts, scheduled cleaning. Seating customers, answering the phone for to-go orders and reservations.

Graphic support for all marketing collateral and internal communications. Page layout and design for marketing pamphlets and brochures, client profiles, success stories, spec sheets, and solution blueprints.

Mounting rendering and tracing plans. Running blueprints, and filing correspondence. Database entries, typing and mailing letters. Collating and binding specs. Sorting, copying and distributing mail. Answering phones, and miscellaneous clerical work.
