AeonClad Coatings is a specialty formulation company with expertise in plasma coating for medical devices, drug formulation, industrial coatings and other specialty products and advanced materials. My role with AeonClad centered around cultivating primary business/product development leads and advancing existing leads to partnership agreements.

Learning Ally, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, is funded by grants, state and local education programs, and the generous contributions of individuals, foundations and corporations.

This is a venture re-start I've been asked to support starting with writing a new business plan, establishing key development partner relationships and reference testing sites for the prototype device. VisiCare, LLC is developing a breakthrough fall prevention system that can interpret motion data in a time sequence and allow for alerting healthcare providers before the fall event occurs. The system uses open source technology for 3D data acquisition and proprietary software to interpret motion data into recognition patterns for defined behaviors of clinical significance. The bed-exiting behavior detection system can also be applied to other critical or long-term, clinical or home care situations such as pressure ulcers (bed sores) and staff-patient contact monitoring.
