• Provide flexible benefits plan administration for over 100 companies as well as administration of specialized employer benefit programs such as HRA, Backup Child Care and Healthy Lifestyles • Assist, train, mentor and support customer service and claims processing departments• Client support – communicate and answer client and broker questions concerning administration of Sec 125 Plan, to ensure the plan remains in compliance with plan document and IRS regulations • Participant support – provide information on eligible expenses, account balances and claims deadlines, assist in resolving complaints, concerns regarding eligibility, payroll discrepancies and denied claims• Attend client’s benefit fairs, both locally and out of state, to educate employees of their employer’s flexible benefit plan.
