- Offer personalized service that fits each individual. - Provide one-on-one consultation, skin care classes (in person or virtually)- Evaluate clients’ skin condition and appearance- Discuss available treatments and determine which products will improve clients’ skin quality- Recommend skin care products, such as cleansers, lotions, or creams- Teach and advise clients on how to apply makeup, and how to take care of their skin

- Overseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.- Creating process and procedures to help facilitate a more efficient work force.- Working with office and field personnel on Dispatch, field documentation and billing. - Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required.- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations.

Oversee, manage and train new and current Dispatch and Job Cost team. Liason between multiple departments. Help facilitate growth within Operations and Field.
