It's all about the learner. What you want them to learn, what you want them to do, what you want them to apply. It's about getting performance results for organizations and their people. It's about what you do with what you learn. That's what I'm committed to doing - putting the learner first. For over ten years, I have collaborated with global leaders in industries ranging from medical, pharmaceutical, finance, mortgage, oil and gas, manufacturing, insurance, consumer products, technology, to safety and security. Clients tell me I have a knack for understanding their business needs and can readily design learner-centric solutions to meet those needs. I love analyzing issues, looking at the gaps, and then designing interactive solutions where the learner can immediately apply what they learn – and have it make a difference. What does all that translate to? I design, develop, and deliver solutions in classroom instruction, virtual training, self-directed learning, RISE, and blended learning solutions. What type of learning? I’ve produced training in leadership, sales, onboarding, talent management, manufacturing, customer service, financial regulation, and system implementation. What are a few examples? * One of my favorite projects was awarded the coveted Brandon Hall Gold award, the Academy Award if you will, of the training industry. The dynamic program included a blended learning approach with an online learning portal, classroom instruction, job shadowing, and post-training coaching. The learning organization went on to replicate this successful leadership training model for other military contractors, garnering the recognition of the U.S. Navy. * For the world’s most prominent payment transaction company, I collaborated with the Talent Manager to design a new organizational design model. We distilled over 20 years of materials and knowledge into a powerful yet simple acronym that aligned with the CEO’s mission to DRIVE revenue. The program has been delivered globally to Talent Management partners and leaders who are streamlining their organizations, making them more productive, efficient, effective, and collaborative. I also love learning. I hold a communication degree from The University of Texas at Austin and am certified in professional coaching (CoachU Essentials), TILT 365 (a leadership assessment tool), LAB Profile (assessing work styles), and NLP. I’m an Advanced Toastmaster and the published author of two books and over 300 articles.

I developed the training and then traveled as needed to meet with educational clients to conduct pilot training and ensure project success.Accomplishment: Partnered on the North Carolina Learning Object Repository to make educational assets easily available for universities, colleges, and the K-12 markets.
