I’m Gina Giannone and my diverse background includes skills vital to businesses and organizations to help them grow and achieve their goals. I’ve had a long and exciting career as a Chief Operating Officer helping multi-million dollar trading & sales desks achieve their revenue and growth targets, and played an important #2 role as the right hand to the most senior executives at financial powerhouses. I then turned to a career in Compliance, where I rose to be a Chief Compliance Officer in the retail securities sector. I thought I would reach outside my comfort zone, do something fun, and further explore my long-standing love of fashion and vintage, by becoming a salesperson and small business owner in the Luxury Consignment industry. I became a top salesperson, developing the Fairfield County CT expansion for a major consignment player who then went public. Among 500+ national salespeople, I was #1. While I have had many dream jobs, I was yet to land on the dreamiest of all! A little magazine I received at my home in my mailbox intrigued my interest – Greenfield Hill Neighbors. It highlighted a family in the neighborhood on the cover and was our community “yearbook” delivered monthly. I found it connected me to the community, but what I did not know then, but do now, is the powerful marketing tool it is for businesses who want to grow with high-value communities. In 2022, I became the publisher of Greenfield Hill Neighbors and a community marketing executive, collaborating with Best Version Media. I named my LLC Hello Neighbors. I then expanded my reach to 4 local community magazines in Fairfield, Westport and Easton CT, strengthening communities while growing local businesses.What I do helps businesses reach more customers who share their community values. Each month we connect great businesses with their next best customers, helping these businesses brand and grow. I give 100% and offer a dynamic suite of print, digital, search, listings, reviews and more tools in the most effective way, positioning your business to reach your next best customers in markets important to you. I wouldn’t do this if it wasn’t the best thing around. A testament to my success is my own growth - simply put, I wouldn’t be growing if my sponsors weren’t.
