I am the UV Applications Leader in our Applications lab. I manage many projects which include formulation design and improvement. I also aid customers with issues they are having on press by either doing analysis on customer submitted samples or discussing options for process improvement over the phone, via email, or in person during onsite visits. I also am a consultant for our production facility and quality control department. I am active on our internal safety committee as well.

I worked in the UV applications lab. I did a lot of physical testing for properties like tensile strength and elongation, as well as adhesion characteristics and Tg.

I was heavily involved in synthesis process improvements for workhorse materials in the UV coatings industry such as standard bis-A epoxy acrylates and TMPTA. I also worked on a lot of physical property testing and applications testing for existing materials.
