I am currently responsible for the MEPFP and civil trades.

As the QC manager at the WP302 project I managed the field technicians for both day and night crews and the onsite lab technicians in order to ensure the embankment material being placed and tested met the specification requirements. In addition I also inspected the site and fabricators casting yard to verify all trades including the self performed work was in compliance with the Contract Documents. A few other tasks involved managing the tracking of the density lots for both embankment and drainage, testing information for the MVT (Dynamic Compaction), soil mixing, inclinometer and extensometers, addressing non-conformances and verifying the field staff and trades were building with the most current set of drawings, and ensuring the recertification of the ISO9001. I also reviewed the quality control requirements of the trade contracts, performed cost and manpower projections of my field staff and reviewed the trade contractors quality control plans.

At OCJV i am currently closing out the Submittals and managing the Drawing revisions, which include the review of changes in revised drawings issued by the owner including quantity takeoffs of changes and scope writing. I am also moving into the quality control department and will be overseeing the quality of the work performed by the subcontractors on the project.
