Rx Collaborative (RxC) Pricing Lead in Health and Benefits at WTWThe RxC is the largest pharmacy coalition in the U.S., with over $7B in drug costs representing over 5.3 million members and 428 clients. The RxC offers arrangements with four premier PBM partners (Express Scripts, CVS Health, Optum Rx, and Capital Rx). As the RxC Pricing Lead, I am responsible for:• Pursuit of new business through our value proposition process • Strong focus on client retention through our renewal value proposition process• Ongoing management and oversight of PBM partner relationships• Negotiation of best-in-class pharmacy contractual terms with market leading pricing to continuously improve our value proposition • Managing PBM negotiations driven by pharmacy market events and industry disruptors to develop unique and innovative solutions for clients in the ever-changing pharmacy landscape• Continuous innovation in the pharmacy marketplace aimed at providing improved transparency and securing lower drug costs for clientsQualifications• Over 13 years of experience in the pharmacy coalition space with an in-depth knowledge of group purchasing arrangements, pharmacy benefits and the dynamic pharmacy industry• Experienced contract negotiation and financial modeling skills for a broad range of pharmacy financial arrangements, including traditional, transparent, PMPM and cost plus arrangements• Highly skilled in pharmacy contract review and negotiation, including identification of provisions that impact the financial value of an offering• Advanced understanding of pharmacy offerings, including financial terms and contractual terms with the ability to translate into sophisticated financial modeling for client value propositions• Process improvement and automation to streamline and drive efficiencies in complex financial and contractual processes
