Communication Specialist (April 2017 - 2023): Created content on important updates about PRISM and distributed to members via newsletters, email campaigns, website content, social media, print, etc. Part of PRISM's re-brand team, with a focus on website content and marketing of new brand. Created and managed website content, feature articles, and event content for member meetings such as generation of PowerPoint presentations for Board and Executive Committee meetings. Generated marketing communications for events through email campaigns and event flyers. Was the Project Manager for company's marketing video on risk sharing and pooling. Promoted cooperative relationships and clear communications between PRISM staff and those who use our services. IT Specialist (February 2012- April 2017): Maintained company website--both content and user databases. Led the company-side of the upgrade to MURA Content Management System (CMS), including QA, design and layout, and training of internal users on new MURA CMS, and creation of procedures.
