- Coordinate and facilitate the Better You Strides incentive program, including but not limited to organizing annual health screenings, working with the Better You team to complete each employer’s Better You Strides platform, and providing reporting back to the groups - Work collaboratively with teams within Florida Blue, GatorCare, and employer groups to: plan and develop health and wellness programs using aggregate data from PHA, claims, predictive modeling, and regional demographics- Implement health and wellness programs (including but not limited to team and individual challenges, wellness presentations, one-on-one or group coaching sessions and email campaigns, etc.)while utilizing the group’s resources to support the organization's risk reduction plan - Monitor and evaluate health and wellness programs to determine success towards program and organization goals- Provide member referrals to disease management, case management, and/ or internal program resources - Assist employer group(s) in completing the organizational assessment and implementation of a written wellness plan - Build strong partnerships with internal and external departments and organizations that may provide value-added programs or relevant resources

- Provide health and wellness coach training and education in alignment with the HWCA curriculum and the NBHWC- Present and facilitate weekly instruction, discussions and in-class activities - Audit and create curriculum and content for enhanced learning experiences in collaboration with other faculty instructors
