Navitas statistical programming and biostatistics unit supports clinical drug development across several therapeutic areas including oncology, multiple indications and across several phases of studies.

Lead a team to proactively identify new areas where technological innovations can add value & propose & deliver “fit for purpose” solutions in response to business needs. Develop, prototype, pilot & deliver relevant tools, algorithms, methods & software in collaboration with other groups including Biometrics & Statistical Sciences, Statistical Reporting, Clinical Data & Reporting Standards, Scientific Operations, Methodology, Medical Writing & Project Management

Built & operationally manage a global team of individuals providing support for systems used for • Reporting & analysis of clinical data (SCR (Statistical Clinical Reporting), STL (Safety Tables & Listings), SAR-PK (Safety Analysis Reporting-PK)).• Transformation of data from data entry system to Clintrial database (Tabletrans) & transformation of data through the LSH (Oracle's Life Science Hub) platform.• Data review reporting of data through J-Review & Spotfire

Detailed business & technical knowledge of the end to end process from data collection through data warehouse & into reporting environment. Involved in determining the structure of the operational support groups for the functions of Data Conversion Factory, SCR & LSH business teams.Within our ADVANCE program: Business lead for SCR, Leading Implementation team working collaboratively with Data Standards Governance & Output Governance, to ensure what is being defined can be implemented in a generic metadata driven methodology within SCR & LSH. SCR comprises the implementation of the reporting standards & also the definition of derivations, outputs & associated datasets (SCR derived, AdAM, etc.).

Using CDARS (Clinical Data Analysis & Reporting System) & Data Transformer systems with WSS (Worldwide Safety Standards) & PDS (Pfizer Data Standards). Established a support team (internal US & India based FTE’s, onsite & offsite contractors) comprising of individual teams:• Testing & Quality Management – Manages the testing, configuration & release management for the global deployment & support of systems, including SAS algorithm testing. Supports testing & review documentation for IT. Manages multi-site customer relationships for User Acceptance Testing. Develops & manages metrics to monitor the quality of application development & testing.• ESUB & Table/Data Publishing – Manages table & data publishing to DMPS (Document Management & Publishing stem) for all projects globally, utilizing India resources to meet quality & timeline standards. Provides expertise & management for the creation of ESUB datasets, including CDISC standards & liaison with the FDA. • Algorithm Support & Maintenance – Provides technical support to users & develops algorithms to create derived data & presentation algorithms for core data classes, efficacy & utility libraries, to documented standards with an emphasis on maximizing quality on-time delivery while reducing costs.
