Our customer service representatives (CSR) are specially trained in account management. Each RoofConnect client has a specified CSR who maintains the entire client's portfolio. With one call, the client is able to obtain complete information including leak and maintenance calls, expenditures, photos, diagrams, and recommended actions for each building in their portfolio. The CSR aides each client in the roof portfolio management portal providing the necessary information for each building to assist in budget planning and warranty tracking, resulting in a clearer return on the clients investments.

We specialize in emergency roofing repairs, maintenance and re-roofing, but we also perform specialty projects that require nationwide labor availability in the construction field.RoofConnect has over 65 members and more than 110 locations nationwide. RoofConnect account managers and customer service representatives work with our members and customers to provide detailed account management. We specialize in solving complicated or troublesome roof issues nationwide, through a single point of contact. Once a work request is issued we handle everything. The benefits include a seamless client experience, with consistent reporting, and an end goal of reducing our client’s overall roofing costs. When repairs are no longer viable, RoofConnect can assist in providing a new roofing system. Because RoofConnect is comprised of individual roofing contractors, we can provide multiple bids if needed for a client project. Our re-roofing team works with the client to make sure we provide bids for the best roofing system for the building. RoofConnect can perform anything roofing related.
