Schedule and program various show talent, manage usages and contracts, book all related guest segments, streamline league + company communication for longest professional season and largest broadcast partner (NBA). Secure high profile talent: sports/celeb/entertainment/music talent for various shows and properties, act as chief liaison between network platforms/show and talent for appearances. Grow and cultivate ongoing celebrity relationships with reps and key media members. Develop and execute strategic messaging, integrate movie and TV promos, cross-promote music releases, devise opportunities for partnerships. Negotiate business deals and bring fresh talent (emphasis on first-time celebs and female actresses/musicians) to ESPN demographic. Strong relationships and sales experience: Negotiate, write and close high-value contracts. Create/develop original editorial content for broadcast and social/digital. Travel to celeb events at NBA Finals, Western/Eastern Conference Finals, Sundance, Coachella, Comic Con, SXSW, Super Bowl, NBA All-Star, The Oscars, The ESPYS, NBA Summer League, NBA Draft, NFL Draft, MIT Sloan Conference, WNBA Finals, NABJ, etc. to establish collaborations and explore synergistic opportunities.

Create opportunities with various brands/networks to showcase talent, build partnerships, tell stories, grow social media, etc. Consult, recommend talent and book talent for various award shows, TV shows, live events, charity events – deliver core messaging, sign talent to endorse/promote. Connect top brands to talent, sell talent on concepts and opportunities that align with brand. Develop marketing projects/plans, propose content ideas, secure distribution. Secure market opportunities, procure new business through networking. Clients include: NFL, NBA, Verizon/Go90, Yahoo, AOL, Viacom, Vice, Epix, Fusion, Sports Spectacular, Aces In Action.

THE ESPYS on ESPN:Secure high profile talent across all sports as well as celeb/entertainment and music talent while cultivating relationships with talent representation. Work closely with studios, agencies, labels, networks, brands and corporate clients. Run production meetings and site tours, captain internal meetings, manage client expectations. Create original social/digital content for the ESPYS and various ESPN events/shows, successfully reaching new demographics through use of cutting edge social media. Develop content/story ideas and secure related guests, produce all surrounding events/activations. Travel to major sporting events across the country, work very closely with agencies and marketing reps/publicists to cultivate athlete relations and oversee talent production.
