With a 16-year career in dentistry, I have gained a broad range of skills and expertise in both clinical and administrative aspects of the field. As a dental treatment coordinator and a certified dental anesthesia assistant, I have coordinated insurance benefits, treatment plans, and financial arrangements for patients, as well as assisted with front office management and the hiring process. I have also supported oral surgeons with anesthesia and surgical procedures, using expanded functions of oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques.I am passionate about customer service, dentistry sales, and patient care, and I enjoy meeting new people, developing new relationships, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of practices and businesses. I have a tenacious work ethic and a flexible attitude, and I am familiar with various dental software, including the iTero intraoral scanner, a powerful chairside tool for driving Invisalign treatment acceptance and practice growth.
