Special occasion cakes are just another trade that I have as well. They are both things that I have a passion for.I wanted to find something that I had a passion for and that I could strive to improve on. I found that making fudge was one of the things that I was good at. My husband is diabetic so I had to figure out how he could eat fudge without it affecting his sugars. I figured out a recipe for fudge that is sugar free. One of the only people/places in the area that will make it homemade without having to order it in from another company. Another thing that I have been working on is cakes. I love making and decorating cakes.I have now self taught myself how to use fondant on cakes and would love to have the opportunity to have you put your trust in me for your special occasions

Answer calls for new and existing customers, sold local long distance,cellular, cable and internet services, explained plans and services, time sheets, trained new and existing employees on products and services, handled escalated calls, set up new accounts, transfer old accounts to new accounts if the customer moved or wants to change their phone number, handled small business accounts, credited accounts if there were discrepancies in their bills of if they were quoted the wrong rate when they signed up for their service and they were threatening to cancel their service with us to try and save them as a customer I also did port outs and port ins for wireless. Walked customers through trouble shooting for their land line,wireless,cable and Internet issues. I worked with both residential and business customers, I also helped set up and get the website going for customers to be able to download ring tones and wallpapers to their wireless phones. I was in control of running the website called Long Lines Lisa. This is customers could go for help/networking at the time with either their friends or myself. The customers were also then able to start networking with their friends, business co-workers, family, sports groups etc. with any information that they needed to know about that was going on almost like outlook but networking outside the workplace.
