Oversaw a creative team of four in-house designers & 3 freelance artists in addition to creating, documenting and implementing a set of company wide Standard Operating Procedures, for the Design Department, to aid in the successful completion of projects from initial stages of design, through the approval process. Worked closely with major licenses including Disney, Nickelodeon, Marvel, Warner Bros., DC Comics, Barbie, Scooby-Doo, Coca-Cola, NFL - National Football League, MLB - Major League Baseball, NBA - National Basketball Association, NHL - National Hockey League and the NCAA - National Collegiate Athletic Association.Originally founded in 1986 as Fotoball USA, the company was acquired by K2 Inc. in 2004 and a new division was created; K2 Licensed Products (K2LP). Sister companies under the K2 Inc. umbrella consist of Rawlings, K2 Sports, Adio, Shakespeare, Stearns, Volkl and Brass Eagle, to name a few. In all, the K2 family is comprised of over 35 brands.
