As Vice President of Dara Merdeka, I spearheaded initiatives to empower women and foster leadership. I developed strategic programs, built key partnerships, and engaged with the community to promote personal growth and educational access. Our mission was to unlock women's potential and drive positive change through advocacy and impactful outreach.

As Public Relations Manager at Wave to Youth, I lead communication efforts to promote inclusive education for children. I manage media relations, create content for social media and press releases, and coordinate events to highlight our programs. I also collaborate with organizations such as Millennial Membaca, Youth.id, HIMAPSI, Dara Merdeka, SAN Aceh, and Generasi Carong to strengthen community engagement.

During my internship at Polda Aceh, I supported the recruitment of 1,000+ candidates, including Bintara, Tamtama, and AKPOL candidates. I was also involved in conducting psychological assessments for firearms eligibility among police officers. My responsibilities included test administration, conducting psychological interviews, managing data entry for all police units under the jurisdiction of Polda Aceh, and assisting with selection coordination. Additionally, I delivered a presentation on bullying at MTSN 2 Banda Aceh. This experience honed my organizational, administrative, and adaptability skills.

As an active member of the club, I engage in rehearsals and performances, contributing creative ideas to elevate our artistic productions. I collaborate with fellow members and leaders to organize events and workshops, and I help promote the club's activities to attract new members and encourage engagement.

As the Event Organizer and Liaison Officer for the International Food Fest at USK, I coordinated with students from Kyrgyzstan and Palestine, managing all logistical aspects to ensure smooth operations. During the event, I took on the role of operator, overseeing the proceedings and swiftly addressing any issues that arose. I also played a key role in developing the event concept and preparing a detailed rundown, which helped guarantee a well-organized and successful festival.

In my role, I managed the Instagram account, @himapsifk_usk, crafting engaging content and ensuring regular updates to keep the audience actively involved. I coordinated with Head of Information Technology and Press to gather essential materials, including photos and videos, for thorough documentation. I maintained a meticulous archive system for documents and media assets, facilitating easy future access. Collaborating closely with other divisions, I ensured consistent branding and messaging. I was also tasked with creating content, including microblogs, focused on psychological topics. This involved developing informative and engaging posts that resonated with our audience while promoting key psychological concepts and insights.

As the Event Organizer for Artcoholic Exhibition XV, I spearheaded the coordination and development of the event themed "Tameseunia-Tameusyedara." I crafted a detailed event rundown to ensure seamless execution and curated a diverse performance schedule to highlight the rich arts and culture of Aceh. Serving as the Liaison Officer (LO) for talents, I managed their schedules and requirements throughout the exhibition. Additionally, I oversaw logistics, coordinated with vendors, and managed participants to deliver a successful and memorable exhibition aligned with our theme.

As the Vice Head of the Secretariat Division, I played a pivotal role in managing the administrative backbone of our events. I handled essential tasks such as securing venue permits, arranging transportation, and managing guest and speaker invitations to ensure every detail was meticulously planned. I facilitated smooth communication between all parties involved, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective information flow. I supported the Head of the Secretariat Division in organizing impactful activities for World Mental Health Day at FK USK. Additionally, I oversaw the logistical aspects of the event, including venue setup, equipment arrangements, and attendee registration, ensuring a well-organized and successful event.

As Head of Publication and Documentation at Lustrum FK USK, I managed our Instagram account @lustrumpsikologiusk22, ensuring regular updates and engaging content to keep our audience actively involved. I worked closely with event organizers and stakeholders to gather and document essential information, including photos and videos. I maintained an organized system for archiving and cataloging documents and media assets, ensuring they are readily accessible for future use. I collaborated with various divisions to ensure our branding and messaging were consistent across all platforms. Additionally, I evaluated the effectiveness of our communication strategies and made necessary adjustments to align with our organizational goals.

As Head of Event Organizer for Halo Effect FK USK, I led the coordination and execution of the event introducing the Psychology program to new students in 2022. I managed the overall event planning, including logistics, scheduling, and team coordination, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all attendees.

At LKMM FK USK, I assisted the Chairperson in organizing and managing the event, overseeing logistics like venue setup and participant registration. I ensured smooth communication among committee members and helped develop session agendas and schedules. I also addressed and resolved any issues promptly, contributing to the event’s success.

As Even Organizer at Metamorfosis FK USK, I developed the event rundown, detailing all activities and timelines. I coordinated with student groups and managed communication with the Head of Event Division, team members, and participants to ensure seamless execution of the event.

I managed the creation and dissemination of engaging promotional materials across social media platforms, and ensured comprehensive documentation of key moments and activities during election week for both archival purposes and impactful promotion.
