As a healthcare and wellness expert with over 11 years of experience, I lead the clinical operations of IVme Wellness + Aesthetics, a company that offers personalized and innovative treatments to help people achieve optimal health and well-being. I manage four centers that provide a range of elective medical services, such as IV hydration, hormone therapy, anti-aging, and cosmetic rejuvenation, to a diverse and loyal clientele.In my role, I oversee the quality, safety, and customer service standards of our centers, as well as the staffing, scheduling, training, compliance, inventory, and budget aspects. I work with a team of medical professionals to develop and implement best practices, protocols, and policies that reflect our vision and values. I also leverage my nursing skills and knowledge to perform injections and other procedures, and to educate and empower our clients on their health and wellness goals.
