I’m personable, creative, organized, and a team player. My experiences and skills include:★ A proven track record in writing technology curriculum, researching topics, determining learning outcomes, creating student and instructor materials, and delivering classes.★ Driving increased integration of and technical literacy with IT systems and tools, improving availability of organizational data and the ability of co-workers to update and maintain information. ★ The ability to troubleshoot hardware and software and design and implement technology solutions to meet organizational requirements. ★ Excellent technical class management skills, developing rapport with students and troubleshooting hardware, software, and student code while classes are in progress.★ Project management talents; able to identify requirements, design solutions, determine project plans, and implement plans according to time, cost, and quality constraints. I truly enjoy helping people learn how to use technology to improve their day-to-day work activities.
