The Partnership has inspired me to grow as an individual and collectively work with teams to inspire and lead them effectively. Perseverance, determination and self motivation was integral to moving from a non management Partner to a Team Manager. It was a difficult path to take, yet I am not afraid of working hard for something, or getting to a point in life where I achieve what I deserve. This may sound arrogant but becoming a manager within the Partnership, I felt that I could help empower Partners to develop and train them effectively and give them the best opportunity to grow themselves. Becoming a manager, was more about empowering Partners then myself. Skills learnt and acquired; - Language and adapting ( learning how to use the right tone and language with certain groups of Partners to state an opinion and make change )-Staying calm under pressure -Adapting to all individuals in the team to give them support both professionally and personally.- Learning on the job consistently in tough environments and teaching Partners to develop. - Supported and grew three non management Partners to become Duty Partners. - Team member of the fastest growing store in London achieving key results yearly. - Interviewed groups of prospects for jobs in London. - Networking with Directors to help grow the Partnership.
