As a dedicated communications specialist with over five years of experience in designing and executing communication strategies, I have had the privilege of working with diverse organizations focused on social development, civic education, and advocacy in Myanmar. My background includes developing outreach materials, managing digital content, and leading engagement strategies in both Myanmar and English.In my most recent role as Senior Communications Assistant at iPACE, World Learning Myanmar, I led the creation and distribution of program materials, developed communications strategies, and supported digital engagement for a wide audience, including alumni and participants. I also have extensive experience drafting content for websites, emails, and newsletters, ensuring clear messaging in both Myanmar and English languages.My previous work at Integrated Social and Development Initiative (ISDI) honed my ability to create impactful communication materials targeted at specific communities, notably the Zomi community, promoting awareness through a variety of platforms and media.I am also passionate about civic education and democratic development, having led and assisted in training projects focused on democracy, human rights, and political processes for university students. My experience includes designing educational materials and fostering engagement in online learning environments.With a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and specialized training in civic education, pluralism, and advocacy through the iPACE Program, I bring a deep understanding of democratic principles and the importance of inclusivity in governance.
