Participation in the creation of a new Spanish Air Operator.Creation of Operations Manual.In agreement with a local Aeronautical ATO, creation and launch of Official Advanced RPA´s pilot courses.Management of all necessary documentation, manuals and Safety Analysis Reports to register and maintain drone operator companies in the Spanish agency AESA.

Management of day-to-day activities related to Airport Operation (Passengers, Cargo andRamp), ensuring on time performance, punctuality and correct application of Company andlocal procedures.- Dealing and Coordination with Airport Authorities with the aim of integrate the correct use of Airport Infrastructures with the daily operation.- Ensure that the Ground Handling Agent, the Cargo Handling Agent and other service suppliers deliver their service in a timely and efficient manner to guarantee quality, efficiency and the correct and sufficient use of human and material resources.- Administration of budgets and expenses control.- Monitor all Local Agreements, Tariffs and Contract Documents deadline to ensure all changesand necessary modifications are always up to date.- Deal with problems arising such as delays, disruptions or denied boarding including implementation of compensation rule to comply with current Regulations, both from theCompany and from the EU.- Handling complaints or issues in order to retain customer confidence and loyalty.- Preparation and application of safety and emergency procedures.- Company representation in AOC (Airline Operator Committee, being member of the Executive Board), ALA (Spanish Airlines Association) and STAR ALLIANCE (Nominatedas SAAC Madrid, Station Coordinator) meetings.- Coordination among Sales and Operations Departments to maximize revenue and compliance with Company Commercial Policy.- Development of Marketing Activities at Airport Level to identify possible business opportunities.- Company Policy Compliance in training matters, both for local Staff and Services Providers Staff.

Customer Service Representative for both United Airlines and Contracted Handled Airlines (Qatar Airways, Emirates Airlines, Air New Zealand, Air Jamaica, BWIA) Passenger Planner Specialist.
