I've always taken satisfaction in my profession when I've been able to inspire others and help them reach their goals whether be coworkers or students. When the HSN leadership and development initiative was launched, I immediately took this opportunity with the support of management to participate. Furthermore in preparation for a leadership role, I completed my BSCN with special attention to Management, Accounting and Occupational Health and Safety.  Over the last 20 years of my nursing career, I've participated in and led numerous projects aimed at improving our procedures and programmes. A collaboration programme with Royal Victory Hospital to redesign the cancer center's gynaecological programme is one of the highlights. On the educational forefront, through Astra Zeneca, there was opportunity to develop an educational program for physicians, healthcare providers and patients for Immunotherapy which has become one of my highlighted successes. In summary, I thrive on improving our work environment and patient experience.
