As a people-focused business leader, I offer comprehensive expertise in defining and implementing strategic plans for Human Capital Management. I excel in assessing organizations to identify areas for improvement and leading projects aimed at enhancing efficiencies and productivity while working to optimize performance management and employee engagement. As Director of Alumni Relations and & Corporate Services Lead at Pariveda Solutions, I established and nurtured relationships with former employees and clients in order to strengthen our connections and encourage life-long relationships with our alumni. I built and fostered this sustainable community to enrich and extend our team members’ professional networks during their tenure and beyond. On a daily basis, I liaised with all department leadership to facilitate communication, resolve issues, and cultivate a cohesive work environment across the organization. Our priority was to create an engaging and inclusive culture at Pariveda that is dedicated to appreciation, community, belonging, and positive morale while emphasizing a mindset of gratitude and growth. Earlier, I served as Talent Acquisition Director at Pariveda, leading 25 talent acquisition specialists and recruiters in identifying and hiring top-tier candidates as the organization grew to more than 500 personnel. I also served as Chief of Staff where I played an integral role in structuring key initiatives to promote company growth and operational excellence. I am proud to have led the development of a philanthropic internship program at Pariveda that was used to create value for the organization, community, and participating interns. As a result, we achieved an 80% full-time acceptance rate upon program completion. I also piloted a remote university learning experience that created opportunities for students to gain technical expertise and hands-on experience while working on our development projects during each semester.Having completed my Bachelor’s degree at Texas Tech University, my additional training and credentials include Predictive Index Certification, HBDI® Whole Brain Thinking Concept Training, and Holacracy Facilitator Training.
