Responsible for assisting in branch operations, staff training and supervision, workflow coordination, ensuring that branch complies with government regulations, recruitment, employee evaluation, cash control, marketing of branch services, small business development and all aspects of customer service.

Required to work all areas of operations while supervising and training staff, providing support to other units. Ensure staff adheres to policies and procedures. Keep current on Banking regulations, controlling expenses, maintaining high audit standards, approving work within signing limits. Providing quality service and address customer concerns. Write/conduct performance reviews. Assist with interviewing/hiring new employees. Assuming responsibilities of Branch Manger in their absence. Meeting individual and team sales goals.

Open New Accounts, order checks and accessories for customers, balance TCD's, issue interest checks, answer customer calls, miscellaneous filing. Also, I was responsible for ordering supplies for the operation's department, as well as being the Marketing Liaison for the department. Special projects as requested by Branch Manager.
