Responsibilities:• Plan, organize, and manage overall programs and activities for service.• Complete budgets; recommend types and amount of resources required.• Monitor operations, culture, and work environment for services • Review and report financial and operational data evaluating quality of service, workload, revenue and expenses.• Direct quality control and performance management and improvement activities within department• Provide direction for the delivery of cost effective, quality patient care and services based on established regulatory, professional and organizational standards • Approve and oversee the allocation of resources.
