• Responsible for keeping team informed via daily updates, monthly team meetings and one on one’s
• Managed and drove H&W/COBRA integration project to completion

• Implemented high revenue high profile clients for COBRA, FSA, Commuter and Direct Bill services. Analyzed clients requirements for benefits administration and match these requirements against the ADP system solution.
• Ambassador for the COBRA Implementation team for training Hyderabad associates on process and procedures

Supervised the day to day activities of the COBRA Solution Center Team. Coordinated and trained new hires on COBRA and HIPPA laws, ensured quality by monitoring representative’s phone calls and provided coaching, maintained and updated online knowledge base tool, Robohelp, managed escalation process and handled calls to resolve difficult customer issues.
