Being readily available 24/7 to customers and suppliers via phone and email in order to build and maintain professional relationships and assist with any needsPurchasing/Procurement of products from a majority of the company’s suppliersActively listening to suppliers and customers needs and points of pain and aggressively seeking and providing solutionsPerforming all accounts receivable duties including invoicing and contacting all customers to check payment status on due balancesAssisting with all claims and deductions within the company by implementing problem solving skills, often times using complex math equations and deep knowledge of the industry
