Managed the schedule and calendar for the campus president, including day‐to‐day coordination and logistics, as well as long‐ range planning and preparation. Prepares agendas, meeting and conference call materials, attends meetings, drafts minutes, and follows up on action items. Responsibility for the administrative management of the President’s office, including preparing recurring administrative reports and correspondence, maintaining supplies and equipment, purchasing, and providing recommendations for improving office systems or procedures.• Served as Designated School Official (DSO) for campus with Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS), Department of Homeland Security• Campus liaison for Disability Support Services• Procurement coordinator for various campus departments
