My name is Ginger Blankevoort and work for Bluegreen Vacations holding a title of a Resort Manager at Casa Del Mar. I have had an amazing opportunity to develop my career in the hospitality industry at a rapid rate. I started my hospitality career in July 2015 as a Guest Service Associate. Six months later I accepted to be in the Department Manager Bench program that I successfully started in February of 2016 and completed in May of 2016. Upon completion, I accepted a position as a Guest Service Supervisor. 5 months later I was offered an opportunity to be an Assistant Housekeeping Manager. In 2017 I accepted a position as an Assistant Resort Manager in Ormond Beach followed by a promotion in late 2018 as a Resort Manager at Solara Surfside in Miami. In late August 2020 I was promoted to the Resort Manager at Casa del Mar in Ormond Beach. I attended California State University of San Bernardino and left in June 2014. In 2019, I obtained Six Sigma Green Belt Certification allowing me to understand process improvement. I have a passion for rebuilding teams and bringing out the best in the team that I work with.
