I train up to 100 clients a week.

I have been into fitness for years and with the help of my cousin who is a 2 time All Natural Ms. Olympia (Bodybuilding) I began to learn the fitness industry, healthy eating and supplementing, training and competing! I began competing in 2010 followed by my first full marathon in 2008. Since I accomplished a marathon, I craved a new challenge and accrued much knowledge on top of a business opportunity that has served me well; becoming an Advocare Advisor. I compete in Physique, Figure and Bikini competitions in which, I once was with the INBF Organization and now the NPC Organization. I enjoy competing in Louisville, Kentucky these days and I aim to be a IFBB PRO Bikini Model soon! I have had the great pleasure of working with many top elite professionals at the top of their game in this sport as well as others, dietitians, nutritionists, coaches and trainers. My goal is to help others find and maximize their fullest potential all the while leading by example! I strive for quality, quantity, professionalism, belief, enthusiasm of positive reinforcement, journaling, follow-up and victory in goal setting! I expect when others tell me their goal, they prepare to accept nothing less while working with me! I run my business by integrity! Give me an inch, I will grow you a mile ahead!
