Responsible for managing the sales, client service and daily operations of the Banking Center. Other responsibilities include actively participating in the implementation of the Banking Center’s business plans, enhancing existing client relationships, developing relationships with new clients, and leading successful outbound small business sales efforts.

Responsible for maintaining an operationally efficient and compliant branch. Conduct outside sales efforts commensurate with market opportunity to generate new business clients, while also maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships. Provide leadership and staff development through the execution of iConnect - the Region's Sales, Service and Coaching process. Responsible for ensuring all business transactions and practices within span of control comply with all regulations and the Regions Code of Conduct. Responsible for keeping branch in compliance with all bank policies, procedures and internal audits.

Participates in weekly sales meetings and in-branch promotions to ensure support of current campaigns & alignment to corporate strategy. Maintains a customer service focused culture by determining customer needs through more complex customer profiling. Opens new accounts including checking, savings, IRA's, CD's, & Safe Deposit Boxes. Engages business partners to assist customers with specialized products and service needs. Handles customer requests for rates, service charges, and account maintenance including debit card inquiries. Performs account maintenance such as change of address, title changes, and account type transfers. Originates loans; consumer loans/Home Equity Lines of Credit. Calls customers to inform them of maturing CD's and other promotions. Interviews applicant including profiling customer to determine financial needs. Ensure loan agreements and supporting documentation are complete and accurate according to policy. Compiles required and special branch reporting as requested. Supports procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities to ensure safekeeping. May operate a Teller window during peak customer volume periods. May service the ATM and/or Cash Dispense Machine as needed. Possesses advanced knowledge of Hancock's products and services in order to meet customer's needs and meet assigned quarterly sales goals. Excellent understanding of both features and benefits with regards to Hancock's products. Participate in pro-active business development. Adheres to professionalism standards to include demeanor, dress, and station orderliness. Adheres to Branch Opening and Closing procedures to include balancing the branch, locking the vault, and setting the alarms. Answers telephone practicing phone etiquette.

Plan direct, and coach branch sales and service activities to build strong trusting relationships with existing customers and prospect new households. Drive branch performance to achieve business goals and branch profitability. Ensure an operationally efficient and compliant branch office. Administer AnchorBank personnel policies.

Taking care of elderly & disabled individuals by cooking meals, doing laundry, vacuuming, dusting, doing dishes, helping with showers, & taking places like work, groceries, bank & doctor appointments.

Open checking & savings accounts, IRAs, CDs, credit cards, lines of credit, loans, safe deposit boxes, enroll in internet banking & Bill pay, & do notaries.. Run teller drawer when needed. Open & close branch while overseeing operational procedures.

Manages the branch and supervision of non-exempt branch staff. This includes interviewing, selecting, training, setting and adjusting pay rates and work hours, directing daily work, monitoring or implementing compliance measures, administering discipline, evaluating performance and recommending hiring and termination decisions. Ensures branch meets customer service goals and achieves business results by developing, motivating, and rewarding employees; communicates performance goals and results; recognizes performance; provides coaching and training. Coordinates operational activities within the branch to ensure satisfactory passing of Retail Quality Assurance (RQA) assessments and operational audits. Handles customer questions, concerns, and complaints as escalated by branch staff or otherwise as needed. Ensures assigned branch location complies with or satisfies legal and regulatory requirements.
