Specifically recruited by the President to implement a worldwide Concept to Manufacturing development process that reduced the development cycle time by half and improved quality by integrating the organization through a system of measurable tollgates.

Toyota ProductionProfit/loss responsibility for Toyota Airbag Module production. Managed launch and production of over a million units annually with 130 associates and 5 production cells.▪ Developed a Concept to Manufacturing process for airbag development and process launch.▪ 565% increase in units while launching 4 new products▪ 353% increase in sales with a 58% increase in parts per labor hour over a 6 month period.▪ Delivery Performance – Toyota Camry production cells chosen by Toyota Motor Corporation as a project for demonstrating TPS. ▪ OSHA incident rate – Supported the facility effort in changing work to eliminate the causes for repetitive motion injuries resulting in ‘0’ incidence of RMI in the Toyota Process Lines.▪ Sustainability – This plant has continued to utilize TPS has their strategic advantage winning the Shingo award in 2003.Prototype - Responsible to manage 320 associates and machinist, 30 Engineers and Chemists, four locations and $12mm annual budget to produce prototype parts for customer research and development.
