I have been a Senior Support Analyst for WordPress premium plugins and themes for a decade, excelling at troubleshooting those challenging issues that are tough to resolve. I thrive on diving deep into problems and figuring things out to better assist development teams. With a background in computer customer support and QA software since the mid-90s, I found my niche in the WordPress ecosystem in early 2014.In addition, I am building a side hustle creating WordPress websites for local businesses in the Central Oregon Coast tourist town where I live with my husband and our German Shepherd. My mission is to help local business owners have mobile-friendly WordPress websites that meet their needs and goals, allowing them to focus on their day-to-day business operations. I'm also working on a new blog for anyone interested in started a vacation rental property.
