I am a passionate designer of processes, plans and infrastructures that can address the biggest challenges of our day with 25+ years of experience working with award-winning non-profits, social entrepreneurships and government agencies on both coasts, locally and globally. I believe participatory dialogue, design and leadership -- within organizations and among diverse stakeholders -- catalyzes transformative solutions in a world where time is of the essence. I champion pluralist culture, justice and equity to improve the quality of our decision-making tables and enhance our problem solving capacities. My subject matter experience ranges from LGBTQ+ and women's human rights, racial equity and BIPOC leadership, feminist philanthropy, immigration justice and mass-scale/pop culture narrative change, to regional green infrastructure planning, ecosystem services and equitable sustainable design, to local food justice and global fair trade.Importantly, I know deeply that our approaches and processes shape outcomes and we have a responsibility to shape outcomes of equity for all.
