About Ginger Gregory

As a C-Suite Executive and Board Director, I provide 20+ years of human capital and corporate governance experience. I have led and advised life science, consumer market, and retail industries leadership teams and boards for Biogen, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, and Dunkin’ Brands. My areas of expertise include executive recruiting, compensation, retention, succession, and M&A integrations. Currently, as CHRO at Biogen I provide guidance and insight into building high-performing, global company cultures across all worker models by bringing leadership expertise in diverse human capital initiatives. Additionally, I advise leadership on diversity and support development and implementation of Biogen’s ESG “Healthy Climate/Healthy Lives” strategy. I also serve as co-leader of Biogen’s D&I Steering Committee. Considered an authority on the “future of work,” I understand the risks and benefits of corporate tax requirements, communication issues, technical advances, and compensation structure challenges inherent in today’s changing workforce model. I have led global organizational transformations and turnarounds for high-profile companies, from restructuring to minimizing churn rate due to mergers, site relocations, and closures. As a C-suite executive, I have provided leadership to over 22,000 employees across 50 global locations and served on numerous executive and three public company compensation committees. Additionally, I have recruited and promoted three CFOs, two CDOs, five Commercial Leaders, and two CIOs.Throughout my leadership career, I have led multiple due diligence efforts for large M&A integrations (i.e., Shire’s $5.2B acquisition of NPS Pharmaceutical, Dyax ($6.5B), and Baxalta ($32B), and Biogen’s NightStar ($800M) acquisition.I have a strong board governance background including as former Board Director of Roche Bros Supermarket ($389M revenue), and additional board service with several non-profit.
