  *Maintain complete and accurate files containing paperwork from each service call, tracking all hours worked, materials used, and communication with the client. *Complete all paperwork and create accurate and timely billing packets including hours worked, materials used, and client authorization(s).*Creation and maintenance of information spreadsheets including Vehicle Maintenance, Employee Time Allocations (to jobs), Past and Ongoing Service Calls, Employee Licensing (Fire Alarm and Security)*Scheduling for all service calls and service technicians including coordination with Project Managers to avoid conflicts in scheduling with their ongoing projects.*Coordination of employee licensing requirements and completion/submission of required paperwork to apply for/renew/maintain licensing.*Coordinate scheduling with other office administrative staff to ensure that reception area has appropriate coverage (including answering the front door and all incoming calls)
