• Collaborated with the Global Business Unit (GBU) to improve adoption of Salesforce by our Finance, Marketing and Sales team members in China. Interviewed key team members in China to understand and document the current manual business processes that could be automated in Salesforce. Facilitated User Acceptance Testing with the China team for a successful adoption of this tool which improved the visibility required to expand into the China market. • Functioned as Business Analyst on the implementation of a Master Data Management system which included 7 domains. • Implemented a Business Analyst practice within the newly formed PMO which included creation of templates for requirements and master test plan documentation. Worked collaboratively with the Alaska Department of Motor Vehicles in their effort to modernize the Alaska License and Vehicle information system (ALVIN). Developed requirement documentation and process flow diagrams for multiple modules within ALVIN using elicitation processes that included drawing requirements from Natural code, accessing the current ALVIN mainframe system by running license and vehicle scenarios to see how it functioned, and working with sessions with the client.

• Developed a Cost-to-Serve model that enabled SuperValu Vice Presidents to understand cost associated with applications supporting a particular merchandising business capability. The information was used to determine whether to offer a merchandising service to an independent retailer. • Gathered cost information for each merchandising applications technology stack and created calculations that would provide a per-period, per-store cost.• Developed a Merchandising Operations Data store for SuperValu. This initiative consisted of loading data from 8+ merchandising systems into on harmonized, operational data store to support a variety of projects and there data sourcing needs. Responsible for gathering and documenting data requirements and data mapping, establishing data rules and definitions, providing sample SQL and analysis of each source systems data to be used as inputs into the other team members documents such as the Logical Data Model, Design Documents and Test Packs.• Requirements analysis which led to preparation of software requirements specification, use cases and process flow diagrams for both web and mainframe applications involved in the new item setup process.• Developed data integration requirements for Vendor Deals Management and Oracle Retail Merchandising System Implementation.
