I was first introduced in the sign business around 1989 when I met my future husband and his father. At that time, my brother was working for the same sign company and it would be just a matter of time before I became involved. By 1996, I was married with two children and we would soon raise them on crane trucks and job sites, therefore not only teaching me the installation side of the jobs but would later teach our son as well. (I was the weekend and evening helper) Sign business runs in our blood it seems! To this day, my husband, father-in-law, and son are still around in the industry so I would say we are 3 generation sign family! Being on the installation side for many years helped me to teach myself what it would take to become a great PM. I know what to expect from my install partners and have the respect of them when they are out performing their craft. Together, we are one TEAM.
