● Process conventional loans from setup to submission, and from conditions to close.●Order all setup items including tax transcripts, payoffs (when necessary), evidence of insurance, credit supplements, verification of employment, and verification of deposit (when necessary). ● Follow up with vendors to obtain required documentation.● Review residential loan application files for completeness and accuracy● Verify and validate supporting income, asset, and liability documentation.

Complete all required verification's for the file Upload all loan documents into the imaging system Quickly respond to customer inquiries and questions in a timely manner Contact customer to follow up on any outstanding items and inform them

Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs Prepare, verify and balance receiptsPrepare and process payroll information

Greet customers in a timely fashion, while quickly determining their home buying needs Answer customer questions about availability and timeline of new construction Communicate sales promotions to customers and real estate agents to generate traffic Follow up with customers on a daily basis
