Accomplishments: Selected as Staff Member of the Month Implemented and strategized two major unknown programs for the district and school, coordination with Dotcom Therapy and NWEA testing.  Provided training for classroom teachers on the administration of NWEA tests, reports and usage of data. Served on safety action team for the district, evaluating safety procedures for all buildings.  Served on data action team and decorating team for grades 2-5. Accomplishments: Created and implemented a Brailling curriculum binder with all systems and directions.  Provided training to surrounding schools on Brailling techniques. Responsibilities: Created Braille curriculum for blind students throughout the Branson R-IV School District. Operated and maintained accessible computer software and Braille paper embossers on a daily basis.

Accomplishments: Established and fostered excellent rapport with various community stakeholders, including area schools, churches, businesses and organizations. Organized fundraising banquet that netted $25,000, as well as other various fundraising events.  Set up their social media sites and campaigns. Completed Artful Askers program for grant writing. Responsibilities: Represented the organization through public speaking engagements, radio and newspaper interviews, and legislative visits. Planned and coordinated luncheons, banquets and other special events. Developed organizational newsletter, email communications, and social media content. Assisted with grant writing and organized fundraising efforts/projects. Contributed to daily operations by helping with scheduling appointments, teaching parenting classes, managing volunteers and responding to crisis phone calls.
