My main objective is to do what is best for the customer. I accomplish this by using clinical skills, patient and family input, relationships with discharge planners, and community education. I have been able to successfully manage sales territories by educating healthcare professionals on Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care regulations while providing outstanding customer service.Before my move to Colorado, I worked at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center where I initially worked bedside as a Respiratory Therapist. During that time, I worked in the burn unit managing ventilated patients, responded to ER needs, and acted as charge. I then transitioned to the Sleep Lab where I received credentialing as a polysomnography tech. I performed overnight testing, scoring of studies, and PAP titrations.
