Experienced in retail and hospitality since the age of 15, I currently serve as a Duty Manager at Dan Murphy's in Brisbane, where I excel in managing a team, handling difficult customers, and ensuring smooth store operations, whilst still working within and under a higher management team to ensure clear communication to everyone.As a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Business (majoring in HR) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) at Queensland University of Technology, I am passionate about understanding human behavior and leveraging it to enhance customer experiences. My fast learning abilities, sociability, and tech-savviness enable me to adapt quickly to new challenges.Outside of my professional pursuits, I actively engage with the QUT Film Club, fueling my passion for storytelling and creative expression.
