Works in the Delaware County Department of Human Services, Office of Mental Health, with responsibilities that include the following:• Oversight of adult Community Residential Services (CRS) programs that provide special housing programs and support for individuals suffering from severe and persistent mental illness. Ensures that that these individuals hold physical and behavioral health insurances and are receiving outpatient treatment measures including but not limited to psychiatric care, behavioral therapy, blended case management or Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) services, and drug and alcohol treatment where relevant. The goal is for individuals to progress in treatment and self-care efforts so as to gain increased independence over time. Regular treatment team meetings are held to discuss a consumer’s progress or challenges being experienced and plans of action for addressing such challenges.• Providing assistance with community reentry efforts for individuals suffering from severe and persistent mental illness who are being released from state correctional institutions and require assistance with the same services and supports listed above in order to promote recovery and reduce the risk of recidivism.

• Collaborated with professors to provide online support for students in courses including Learning and Motivation; graduate Psychopathology; undergraduate and graduate Research Methods; and undergraduate Statistical Methods.• Graded student assignments by deadlines while ensuring student adherence to academic integrity standards. • Provided detailed assignment feedback while building student rapport. • Actively monitored student progress, alerting instructor to any issues. • Reached out to struggling students to offer guidance and extra support. • Assisted students 1:1 in understanding difficult concepts and graded assignment concerns via Zoom and email.
