For the last 20+ years, my work experience has been centered primarily in the area of Customer Service. I have always enjoyed the direct contact with customers and clients, whether it is for technical support on a product, or sales assistance with installations. Those years of customer interaction have benefited me immensely in my current position as Customer Service and Sales Executive at Huston Electric, Inc.Huston is a family-owned that started in 1939 as and Electrical Contractor, but now has so much more to offer its customers. The company has diversified and grown into four separate divisions:• Electricalspecializing in Electrical Contracting, Electrical Service • Technology specializing in Computer Cabling, NEC Phone Systems, SMART Technologies Interactive White Boards, and Control 4 home and business automation • Signs and Services specializing in Daktronics and Watchfire LED Electronic Message Centers, sign installation and removal • Generatorsspecializing in MTU Generators for emergency powerMy position at Huston includes customer service work the Technology division, with a concentration on the sales and installation of NEC phone systems, both digital and IP; and in the Sign division coordinating daily service requests with our customers and our service team.
