“Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.” –Maya Angelou I am passionate in seeking and providing quality healthcare for all individuals. To be able to live independently and enjoy daily activities is not a reality for many people. My goal is to be able to provide evidenced-based skills and resources to change this reality.I have fallen in love with holistic and client centered care throughout my studies, fieldwork and clinical experiences over the past 4 years. I pride myself in the skills and knowledge that I have developed through the treatment of diverse populations in a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient services, community work and nonprofit organizations. In my graduate and professional career, I have learned that the notion of wellness differs between individuals and is determined by variations in cognitive processing. Holistic health is a key aspect in any treatment plan because I strongly believe in the connection of the mind, body and soul.
