In this contract role, I developed the clinical operational strategy to identify shortfalls in resourcing levels and annual headcount plan in support of Biogen Idec's clinical pipeline development. Established relationships with selected biopharma recruiting firms and collaborated to source candidates for Clinical Operations Management leadership roles. Managed the recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes for new COM hires. Created new process to track resourcing needs for clinical studies, assess capacity of current COM staff and project additional headcount requirements.

Project manager responsible for maintaining milestones, timeline and clinical study planning information for programs across therapeutic areas within Genzyme and Sanofi. Utilized project management tool to track clinical study timeline and study information data. Collaborated with Project Leaders and Clinical Trial Operations Managers to manage clinical study plans within budget horizons to ensure adequate resourcing and costs associated with clinical studies.

Genzyme Corporation

Analyzed contract resourcing requirements, sourced candidates, and oversaw hiring of resources to monitor Genzyme's clinical research studies. Responsible for vendor governance across Genzyme's clinical research programs for suppliers of contract monitoring services. Collaborated with procurement to establish supplier contracts and manage financial transactions associated with contracts and service delivery.
